NABIC to Participate in the 63rd ISNA Convention in Detroit

NABIC Engages Attendees at Booth #715 and Joins Panel Discussion on South Asian Geopolitics from September 4–7

DETROIT, MI — The North American Bangladeshi Islamic Community (NABIC) has announced its active participation in the upcoming 63rd Annual ISNA Convention, scheduled to take place from September 4 to 7, 2026, in Detroit, Michigan. Bringing together thousands of community leaders, scholars, and activists from across North America, the prestigious convention serves as a key platform for community engagement and dialogue.

Throughout the four-day event, NABIC will host Booth #715 at the ISNA Bazaar. Visitors, patrons, and well-wishers are invited to meet NABIC leadership, connect with the team, and learn more about the organization’s extensive humanitarian footprint, including education, healthcare, clean water access, and poverty alleviation initiatives across underserved regions.

In addition to its presence at the bazaar, NABIC will contribute to convention programming by participating in a parallel panel session titled “South Asia: The Indian Subcontinent and Underlying Tensions.” Scheduled for Sunday, September 6, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM in Room 140F, the discussion will feature Dr. Rashed Nizam—past president and member of the Board of Regents of NABIC—alongside fellow speakers Rasheed Ahmed and Faizan Haq, offering critical perspectives on regional dynamics and social realities in South Asia.
