NABIC Launches One-Day Health Centers Across 9 Locations Under NCH

Under the NABIC Center for Humanity (NCH) Project, Newly Opened Centers Provide Essential Primary Care to 65 Patients Daily per Facility

DHAKA — In a major initiative to expand accessible primary healthcare to grassroots communities, the North American Bangladeshi Islamic Community (NABIC) has rolled out its One-Day Health Center services under the NABIC Center for Humanity (NCH) project. A total of 9 designated health centers have officially commenced operations across strategic regional hubs in Bangladesh, including Bijoynagar and Ratanpur in Brahmanbaria, South Surma in Sylhet, Gangachara in Rangpur, Sundarganj in Gaibandha, Ulipur in Kurigram, Kaliakair in Gazipur, Tangail Sadar in Tangail, and Ramu in Cox’s Bazar.

Under this outreach program, each individual center is equipped to serve approximately 65 patients per operational day, delivering essential consultations, primary diagnoses, and medical support directly to low-income and underserved populations. By bridging the healthcare gap in remote areas, the NCH project aims to reduce preventable diseases, ease the financial burden of basic medical visits, and strengthen long-term community health nationwide.
