Col (Rtd.) AM Mahbubur Rahman, a retired veteran of the Bangladesh Army. Currently, he is a business owner in Astoria, NY. Col. Rahman, a Life Member of NABIC. He has been serving as a member of NABIC’s Board of Directors since 2011. He has been organizing many events in New York and took an active part in the Annual Conventions Organizing Committee in 2004, 2009, 2014, 2015.
