NABIC Centers for Humanity (NCH)

Currently, 25 NCH projects operate across Bangladesh (including mobile clinics), offering holistic community care:

• Primary care for adults and children, including OB-GYN services
• Eye camps, dental care, midwifery training, and vocational skills training
• Serves 65–70 patients per clinic day, 2 days a week, at $3–$5 per patient

Mustafiz Glaucoma Research & Eye Hospital (Flagship Program)

Located in Mirpur, Dhaka, this state-of-the-art eye hospital was fully funded by NABIC for construction and specialized equipment. Operated by Bangladesh Eye Care Society (BECS), the hospital offers affordable glaucoma screening and treatment to prevent vision loss.

Karmirhath General Hospital (Gaibandha)

Since 2002, NABIC has supported Karmirhath with equipment and facility development, including a new hospital building. The hospital offers affordable care for eye diseases, diabetes, maternal health, and prenatal services.

Madhabpur General Hospital (Habiganj)

NABIC fully funded the establishment of this hospital, providing 24/7 emergency care, maternity services, diagnostics, surgery, and pharmacy access to serve 100,000 underserved residents.

ASHIC Foundation for Childhood Cancer

NABIC supports Bangladesh’s first pediatric palliative care program for children with terminal cancer, including shelter facilities for families traveling from remote areas for treatment in Dhaka.
